Shipping

We ship from Austria. The shipping methods, countries and costs available in any individual case are displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Depending on the destination country, parcel data and availability of the shipping method, orders are dispatched with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post) and/or UPS. A right to choose a specific shipping provider only exists where such a choice is offered during checkout.

Delivery countries and restrictions

Delivery is only possible if a shipping method is displayed for the entered delivery address during checkout. For individual products or destinations, additional statutory information, notification duties or shipping restrictions may apply. If such restrictions are relevant to your order, they will be shown in the shop or during checkout.

For sensitive products – e. g. stills, distillation equipment, laboratory accessories, chemicals, dangerous goods or distilling accessories – product-specific information (such as import, possession, use or safety notices) is provided on the product page and during checkout where applicable.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically. Calculation is based in particular on destination country, delivery address, shipping method, weight, dimensions, packaging, number and scope of the items ordered as well as any surcharges by the shipping provider.

The actual shipping costs and the total amount are displayed after entry of the delivery address and at the latest before you submit the order subject to payment. Shipping costs shown in the cart serve only as guidance and may change once a delivery address is entered or modified.

For deliveries outside the European Union and into EU territories with special tax status, additional customs duties, import VAT, excise duties, import tariffs, processing fees or other charges may apply. These charges are not collected by us and are not included in our product or shipping prices, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout. Please contact the competent authorities of the destination country before placing your order.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is stated for the respective product, the following maximum delivery times apply, starting from the working day following the order; for direct bank transfer, starting from the working day following your payment instruction:

  • Austria: up to 10 days
  • European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom: up to 20 days
  • Other delivery countries: up to 45 days

For orders of several products, the longest stated delivery time applies. Delays caused by customs clearance, missing import documents or inspections by authorities in the destination country may further postpone delivery.

Return of large or bulky goods

For goods that cannot normally be returned by post (e. g. large stills, boilers or distillation equipment), the actual cost or a maximum estimate of the return shipping costs is shown on the relevant product page or during checkout before the contract is concluded. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the order unless something different is stated for the selected payment method.

The payment methods available in any individual case are displayed during checkout. Depending on delivery country, billing country, device, order value and technical availability, the following payment methods may, in particular, be offered:

  • Direct bank transfer / advance payment
  • PayPal
  • Credit and debit card (via Stripe)
  • EPS (via Stripe)
  • Bancontact (via Stripe)
  • Klarna (via Stripe)

Processing is carried out via PayPal, Stripe or the respective payment service provider shown during checkout.

We do not charge any separate fees for the use of a specific payment method.

Direct bank transfer

If you choose direct bank transfer, payment information will be provided during the order process and in the order confirmation. Please enter the order number as the reference for the transfer. Processing and dispatch take place once the payment has been allocated, unless a different arrangement has been agreed.

Failed or unauthorised payments

If a payment fails, is cancelled or is not authorised, the order will not be processed further. Should a payment be charged back or otherwise fail to complete successfully, we reserve the right not to fulfil the order or to interrupt processing, to the extent legally permissible.
