Zeolite Spezial, 5 litres is a packing material for the Schmickl Vinegar Reactor. It serves as a carrier material on which acetic acid bacteria can settle, thereby supporting the orderly operation of the reactor.
Zeolite Spezial is also suitable as a refill or replacement filling for the Schmickl Vinegar Reactor, when existing material is to be topped up or replaced.

Application
Zeolite Spezial is introduced as filling material into the designated area of the vinegar reactor. The packing material is part of the overall system comprising the reactor, the culture, the fermentation medium, the airflow and clean process management.
To start or continue a batch, a mother of vinegar can be used. For monitoring the acid content, the Acetic Acid Analysis Set with sodium hydroxide solution 1N is suitable. For monitoring the alcohol content, the Alcohol Analysis Set can additionally be used.
Note
Zeolite Spezial is a technical accessory for vinegar production and is not a foodstuff, medicinal product or food supplement. It should be stored in a dry and clean place, separated from strongly odorous substances.
