It combines the Still DELUXE 2 litres with the practical book “Spirit Distillation as a Hobby”, the matching Alcohol Measuring Set as well as Turbo Yeast, Liquefier Spezial and Biogen M.

Rather than gathering all the parts individually, here you receive a thoughtfully assembled set for getting started with the production of mashes and distillates. The DELUXE 2-litre unit is particularly suitable for smaller batches and can be extended to up to 7.8 litres with an additional boiler. With the included mash accessories you also already have the most important products for a clean and controlled fermentation.

What is included in the Starter Set?

• Still DELUXE 2 litres: high-quality copper still for small mash batches and distillations. With the matching additional boiler the unit can be extended to up to 7.8 litres. Macerated spirits (Geiste) can also be produced with this unit.
• Book “Spirit Distillation as a Hobby”: practical specialist book with fundamentals, working steps, recipe ideas and important notes on preparing mashes and distilling.
• Alcohol Measuring Set: for checking the alcohol content and for a better assessment of mash and distillate.
• Turbo Yeast: specialist yeast for controlled fermentation batches and the production of alcoholic mashes.
• Liquefier Spezial: supports the breakdown of the mash, makes fermentation easier and helps to make fruit sugar and aroma compounds more readily available.
• Biogen M: used to set the appropriate acid protection and supports a clean, stable fermentation of the mash.
