Liquefier Spezial is an enzyme preparation for pome fruit and Jerusalem artichoke mashes. The 100 ml bottle supports the reliable liquefaction of the mash, makes the start of fermentation easier and helps fermentation reach completion for a good alcohol yield.

Dosage
- Stone fruit and berry fruit: 5 to 10 ml per 100 l of mash
- Pome fruit: 10 to 15 ml per 100 l of mash
- Jerusalem artichoke: 20 to 50 ml per 100 l of mash
Application and additions
For a well-prepared mash you need a Turbo Yeast and, for acidification, Biogen-M.
For monitoring the sugar content an Oechsle hydrometer is suitable. During fermentation the batch should be kept protected and pressure-free, for example with an airlock and a matching stopper for the airlock. With strongly foaming mashes an anti-foam agent can be helpful.
