The measuring cylinder made of glass is available in three sizes: 10 ml, 100 ml and 250 ml. It is used to measure liquids and as a vessel for various hydrometers such as the alcoholmeter, vinegar hydrometer or Oechsle hydrometer.
Available sizes
- 10 ml: 0.2 ml graduation, for very small liquid volumes and compact samples
- 100 ml: 1.0 ml graduation, large glass hexagonal base, recommended for the alcoholmeter
- 250 ml: 2 ml graduation, large glass hexagonal base, recommended for the vinegar hydrometer and the Oechsle hydrometer
Matching additions in the shop
The measuring cylinder is part of the alcohol measurement set and vinegar measurement set. For more detailed analytical work, the alcohol analysis set and the acetic acid analysis set may also be useful.
For transferring or dosing liquids, the wash bottle, glass Pasteur pipettes ,beakers or the syringe with needle are also suitable.
